Aaron's coaching style is chill, patient and understanding. He loves to coach belly flying because it's where everyone starts and where everyone can enjoy the sport, although his favourite discipline to fly is VFS. When Aaron is not working at iFLY, he's working as a pilot... you just can't keep him out of the air! Aaron says: "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Don't rush, be precise." |

Alberto's coaching style is energentic, focused and always geared toward building confindence and skill. He loves to coach head up and finds it super rewarding to see students lifting off the net for the first time. You'll find Alberto flying dynamic lines as he loves the flow of connecting different tricks together. If he wasn't at iFLY he'd probably be back working a corporate job in finance, but would still be sneaking out for cheeky lunchtime tunnel sessions! Alberto says: "One bad rep means nothing - shake it off and fly it again! But really, do not compare yourself with anyone else, everyone's progression is different. Have fun through the process and let's push those limits together (safely, of course)!" |

Amy loves to coach belly flying, because it's the first step in peoples progression. She loves to see flyers start to take control of their own flying and build confidence. She also love to teach head up, although her favourite things to fly are sequential or dynamic dives. If she wasn't at iFLY, Amy reckons she's be an awards winning artisanal bread maker! Amy says: "Be Patient, flying well takes time." |

Brett loves to teach right from the start and specialises in flat flying for new flyers with no or little experience. His coaching style is all about keeping it simple, focusing on one task at a time which consist of demonstrating and practice, before moving onto the next skill. This builds confidence and progression quickly.
Brett says: "My advice is to enjoy and be consistent."

Bryce loves to fly dynamic lines, but his favourite skill to coach is over the feet transitions. His coaching style is informative and casual. If he wasn't at iFLY, Byrce reckons he'd be a pro Hide and Seek player - best stick to flying, eh, Bryce! Bryce says: "It's all about desire, dedication and consistency." |

Craig loves to coach and fly dynamic becuase you get to use all of the tunnel. He believes in strong fundamentals from the beginning to make you a stronger flyer at the end. If he wasn't working at iFLY Craig would probably go back to being an electronics engineer (we know what sounds more fun!). Craig says: "Fly lots and stay current." |

Doni likes to keep things light hearted and fun when coaching. She focuses on the fundamentals and like to give her students the tools to be self-sufficient. Her favourite skill to coach is belly flying, as flyers enjoy the process and struggle less. Although Doni has competed in freestyle her favourite discipline to fly is dynamic. If she wasn't working at iFLY, Doni would be gardening. Doni says: "Be patient. Most adults forget what it's like to have to learn and progress at physical skills. You aren't going to rip in an instant, or 20 hours!" |

Kurmet loves to fly dynamic and his favouite skills to coach is a back layout, becuase it's challenging for a lot of people. Kurmet's coaching style is geared towards efficiency and getting from A to B in the shortest possible time. It's not always the most fun option, but you'll be kicking goals. Kurmet says: "Set goals. Lot of work is done outside of the tunnel. Make the most of it. Don’t get frustrated if you hit a learning wall. It’s part of the journey." |

Matt or Boags as he's known, loves to fly it all, but his favourite trick is a reverse bottomloop 540. Matt loves to coach dynamic as it requires a lot of determination from both the coach and student. Matt's coaching style is positive and fun, but also there to get the job done! Matt says: "Just try and have fun, I understand it can get frustrating but it's always the best flyers that are the ones turning up having fun and continuing to learn. If you think its enjoyable now, it really turns on after the 20 hour mark so be ready for that, it's awesome." |

Rodrigo is passionate and enthusiastic both in and out the tunnel when coaching. Rodrigo says: "Have a Good stretch before the session. If finance is available, try fly bulk sessions to keep progression consistent." |

Steven loves to fly dynamic and freestyle, he loves to fly a layout and also loves to coach back layouts as this is when the flying journey starts to connect the dots. His coaching style is fun and he's always smiling! Steven says: "Find comfort in being uncomfortable and you'll learn fast. Progress through the core orientations as quickly as you can, then go back to the beginning to break them down at low speeds. Rinse and repeat." |
