Here are iFLY Downunder and iFLY Gold Coast, we have some of the most experienced coaches in Australia. Kurmet has 20 years of wind tunnel coaching, he is an IBA Examiner - one of only a handful in the world and he can sign off trainers who sign off instructors!
At least 8 of our coaches have been with iFLY for around 10 years and Kyle, Jimmy, Kurmet and Doni have all competed at world level with Shane also competing in canopy piloting at world level.
There's always a level 4 on-shift for any head-down transitions and plenty more in Sydney who run their own coaches businesses outside of their shifts.
We love jumping out of planes, we're passionate about the sport, we support events at the DZ and we love a good competition too!

How much does it cost?
Our first timer packages and return packages include 1-on-1 personalised coaching while you're in the wind. Coaching is a personalised plan for rapid progression - much like a personal trainer in a gym.
After this, you're ready to buy 'bulk time', which could be a big block of hours or the more 'pay-as-you-go' type option of a Flight Club Membership. Either way, you can add coaching to your flight time when you need it for just $5 per minute ($300 per hour) of wind tunnel time and this includes your briefs and debriefs outside of the tunnel too.

JUNIOR FLIGHT CLUB: Kids Learn Flying Magic
Kids can learn to fly like superheroes with a Junior Flight Club membership! This exciting youth program gives children and teens the chance to learn the rapidly growing sport of bodyflying.
The membership is available to anyone under 18 and guarantees the best rates around, without having to accumulate points like our adult memberships. Fly time solo or grab a coach for an additional $5 per minute.

We love see international coaches here at iFLY and have held camps with some of the biggest names in the sport!
External coaches need to be approved by the tunnel and need to have their IBA coaching rating and ensure they meet our specific criteria prior to arrival. Teams and individuals are welcome to bring their own external coach - please ensure they meet these requirements prior to booking time.
