PLANNING YOUR SURFERS PARADISE VISIT
How long should I allow for my visit?
Allow around two hours and arrive 60 minutes before your booked flight session for check-in, your briefing and getting ready. Your time in the tunnel depends on the package you choose.
Is iFLY suitable for first-time flyers and older travellers?
YES! No previous flying experience is needed. Flyers can participate from age three and there is no upper age limit, subject to the flight requirements. Read who can fly and contact us with questions about suitability.
Can I walk in, or do I need to book?
Yes we accept walk-ins, however we do recommend booking ahead, especially on weekends and during the school holiday period as sessions fill quickly. If you'd like to fly on the same day, call us on 1300 435 966 to check availability.
Can I get there by public transport?
Trams and buses serve Surfers Paradise. The Surfers Paradise tram stop is about a five-minute walk away. Check your transport provider’s journey planner before travelling.

Is indoor skydiving scary? Does it feel like a real skydive?
Most first-time flyers feel a little nervouse beforehand, and that's completely normal. There's no jumping and no parachute involved. You simply lean forward into the airflow and the wind lifts you, with your instructor by your side the whole time.
Are lockers available?
