LOZ
“Team up and get coaching together to half the costs.”

JIMMY
"Don't wait to feel ready. It's heaps of fun & you'll wish you did more disciplines."

ERIN
"Book your training time early. Don't leave it last minute."

DONI
“Know what discipline is flying before you, so you have time to gear up and walk your routine.”

AMY
“Focus on each dive at a time. Reading ahead only causes confusion.”

ASIA
"Get to the staging area early before each round."

HARRY
“Stay hydrated! keep those electrolytes high and be the life of the after party.”

COURTENEY
"Stay mentally focused. Train by visualising the dives or routines in your head."

GABY
"For FS and VFS it's tempting to rush, but if you slow down and make clear grips you might score more."

HOLLY
"You can't train anymore once the comp starts, so just relax and have fun."
